I see one, even two clear reasons for the company's silence.

They have always made black hole-like secrets out of their business details - the evil competitors are right at their door steps!

And, tiering up, as well as levelling up, is easy-peasy in the beginning but it becomes harder at each step. It's better for them to maintain the mist of secrecy on these subjects so that their clients do not see the massive grind evolving to move up. And, our grind is money for our hosts!

Transparency is why I gave so much energy to the reference tables for the levels and was always interested in the tiering details. Alas, these have become too complicated by now.

This is not to say that it is illegitimate, but it's a business model nonetheless, and successful!

Goodness me, could this be Industrial Disease. 🤑

To move from Legend to Tour Legend, you not only need an average of 60.00 or lower, but you also need 500 ranked rounds at Legend tier.

Each time players tier up, their average resets. The player's average is then calculated only on rounds at the new tier. Additionally, only those rounds at the new tier count toward saturation.

Moreover, the following rounds do not count toward the 500 required rounds needed at Legend tier: Custom Courses, Par 3s, and Par 5s. Finally, Par 3s, Par 5s, and Custom Course scores are not used to calculate average.

    I hope that helps.

500 ranked rounds as a legend is first requirement.

In addition to this ^^^,  neither Alt Shot nor Match Play count towards saturation either.

WGT has told me twice that none of the BOP 3, 4, nor 5 count as ranked rounds. I always thought the BOP 4’s counted, but evidently not.

Robert should have HAS named "ranked rounds" formerly, which are exclusively strokeplay.
