Ok so dots on left for me
click veteran etc but then comes up 'oops error can not process' this is on web page, on main site does not even show veteran, just owner tools and then member.
Any one have idea, have WGT changed things?

OK, old thread but I thought this might be of some relevance of this topic.
I have always set status of our clubs members using the 3 red dots as mention above. Today I thought I thought I would give it a try going through the game client app on my PC.
I do not see a box to check to change a members status to "Veteran".
Is this a known bug?
