with the clubs given to you at entry level, you cant reach the par 4's in regulation.  How can you get better clubs without scoring?????

It looks like you have close to 20 ranked rounds under your belt, in a manner of speaking, and doing quite well with the game. If you move forward slowly and naturally, without trying to force anything to happen with new sticks, you will develop short game skills that will never let you down, as you become proficient at making pars and birdies from off the green. It is an invaluable skill lesson that, in the future, will pay you back many times when you have a round going on that is all birdies, except you miss the final two greens, and are still able to smile, knowing you have the option for birdie or par... because you know the shot.
