How do I contact customer support??

  I have a VISA money card with $20 on it and I want to buy credits on my account, but customersupport needs to fix something in order for me to deposit credits to my account. Someone contact me at 920-266-5704 as soon as possible.

  I have used that email for the last week and they have not gotten back to me. Do they just not care. It has now been a week and 10 emails and nothing. do they have a phone number.
