Is there any way WGT can set up for the CC owner to delete a CC tournament.

That would be nice.  A bug in the WGT CC creation process created two identical tournaments a while back and took a double shot from my credits!

In other words, no, Once it's posted, it's live until its time is up.

AFAIR, an owner can delete a CC Bracket as long as nobody has subscribed. Other CC tourneys, no.

    I already know i can't delete it.

But can WGT change it so I can?

They control the code,, so they should be able to construct it so we could.

I mean, (just guessing) its just visual basic on top but probably Unix behind the curtains.

Of course they could and they can ;)

Big Q is, which motivation would be given for them to do it = to spend programmer's time = money for it? Which would be their benefit?

    True to that.

But if you can delete a bracket game, they already know how to code for it.

And enhancing a Clubs abilities would seems a given.

But they also tout that they have millions and millions of players, yet I look at a lot of the clubs a see members who haven't played in years. And I mean Years and Years.

They know, they can, they won't IMNSHO. I'm glad because I fear each program modification!

The millions are pushed up by the eternal life of players. Many cease to play after a certain time, some are thrown out and blocked. Alas, they all continue to exist as "dormant" accounts, in CC and user lists. You won't find the blocked ones in searches but when entering their profile URLs.

Only very few demand to be deleted, and this may be granted.

Since most of WGT income is from advertising, it behooves them to never remove a face that just might look at an ad.The more faces, the more they can charge advertisers.

That thought is probably very legit.

They are into the profits as most companies should be,,

but that should also denote they can afford a programmer to write some code.
