So, this year we don't receive the US Open course?

Major Bummer - I was sooooo looking forward to this unique American links-style course.

    Very disappointing WGT!

If you really are into golf, however, the new TopGolf venue in Columbus, Ohio is about to open. I drive past it on a regular basis and I can see where they are putting their money.

Since we're not getting Shinnecock for the year, here's my suggestion: Bring back Oakmont, and remove Merion. I wouldn't mind a rotation of all the existing Open courses that have been on WGT, and I really miss Oakmont.

Just received my O'fficial USGA Shinnecock hat in the mail yesterday.

I have the last 7, now 8 USO hats. I will collect them as long as I live which btw may not be much longer the way this day is going!

Sad our community doesn't have an open this year(and I think most players know what I mean by that statement) but if WGT adds another new course over the next few / 6 months that surly would make up for it IMO.

Jeez, do not suggest to WGT they can dump a course.

    Bring back Oakmont for sure.

We will not get a new US Open course next year since 2019 US Open is at Pebble.

    So my suggestions:

    1. Bring back Oakmont.

    2. Stop getting cheap and give us 2 pin positions.  If possible, go back to the last 5 courses and map a 2nd position.

    3. Make Cabo and Whistler free.  That would solve a lot of immediate demand for new courses.

OAK, Cabo and WHI may be bound by contractual matters...

These should be available (at least photographs), by historic word of MisterWGT.
