Stop sending emails!

    I have all my boxes checked and I never receive anything.

    Why don’t you set up a new folder in your email box and set a rule for all correspondence from WGT to go into it? 

    takes 2 minutes

    Does this setting have an effect for anyone?..

    It can be found at the top of each sub section page. e.g.

    My issue has seemed to have been corrected. I changed my email to a different one and noticed I started to get emails to my new address. So today I switched it back to my original email and it looks as though I am starting to get email notifications back.

     Wish I would have thought of this a year ago. LOL.

    No Scott. I went to my account and changed my email to a different email I have for about two days. I noticed I started getting notifications on the new email that I provided. I then reset my email back to what it was before and now I’m starting to get notifications on that.

     

    Time will tell if it keeps up. WGT CS did tell me a long time ago that there are some members experiencing some email notifications problem.

    Yes, Dave! I'm one of those not getting any emails, particularly CC related ones. I've contacted WGT a couple of times without any result!

    Like so many other posts...

    We HAVE done this and WGT still send emails! Do not  think people are ignorant

    i did but i still receive emails...

    This inconvenience is going only to make people mark WTG emails as SPAM and therefore put the site into a blacklist.
