Try to be a little more specific when reporting errors. Time and a general description of what occurred up to your disconnect helps the staff pinpoint the error.
Also, from in-game you can right click and select "Send This Error Report" from within the WGT client, also very helpful to the staff.
Finally, those rounds are not lost forever. If you get disconnected, just fire up the client again and resume where you left off. Just keep in mind it will only save one round's progress at a time.
