RIP Gordie Howe............:(

    "Mr. Hockey" died today at age 88.   Sad day another Legend has passed to the other side. :(

    Who doesn't love a "Gordie Howe Hat Trick"?

    Certainly a sad day in Canuckland...one of the greats. 

    Won the Hart Trophy as the NHL's most valuable player in 1952, 1953, 1957, 1958, 1960, and 1963. He led the NHL in scoring in 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1957 and 1963. He finished in the top 5 of NHL scoring in 20 consecutive seasons. He was a 21 time All Star.

    a true legend ..not only in Hockey..but among the greatest sports legends of all time.  R.I.P. Mr Howe.

    R.I.P. Gordie.  If my mind doesn't mistake me, in 1 season he scored 100 goals.

    How many on here do you think have ever heard of him?  Some of us are old enough to remember him.  He played for decades.  Let alone in the day when nobody wore a helmet.

    How about a hit?  Like the year he 1st played or the country he was from.?  Thousands have probably played since then.  Throw us bone Paul.

      I'm sure less from the States have even heard of  Kenny Dalglish as well! :)

    No worries I'm a football fan as well as many other sports including Cricket and  Rugby as well! :)
