Using the foursomes format would make this tournament a lot of fun, the players can act as markers of score for each other hence no cheating is possible, you're doing great here AROD. Perhaps you could consider group of threesomes as they're much faster to play compare to a foursomes. Now the only problem left for AROD to consider is that the multi play is still on the front 9 of Bethpage ! But a solution to make the tournament interesting would be 4 rounds of 9 holes , with the cut after 2 rounds. Here you could do group of threesomes in the first 2 rounds and pairs for the last 2 rounds just like in the PGA TOUR.
