My suggestion on the disconnect would be instead of a complete restart of the round maybe just finish the remainder of the holes where you left off.
i.e. you disconnect after 5 holes then you start over and play just the first 4 holes starting from the score where you left off. Also it should incorporate the number of shots you played on the hole you were playing. Reasoning being someone could potentially come to number #8 at Kiawah, dump a couple in the water and then magically get disconnected. Either that or you cold make it match play and whoever gets disconnected might automatically lose that hole.
I am not trying to knit-pick, just trying avoid potential issues or aguements that might arise.
