Harvesting is a data mining technique used to grab usernames and associated emails for spamming or statistical purposes. Sorry to tell you Marco129, this statement has nothing to do with recruiting members of other CC's.

WGT stated in a recent thread, on this same topic, that Recruiting members from other CC's is not a violation of anything. If you want to see the thread, you'll have to search for it. It was posted late last year.
Furthermore, the fact that you do not own the rights to any item or individual on WGT, means you're S.O.L., as they say.
