Every time I complete a survey the final peanut labs screen that is to confirm the credits never appears - I have to always email support at peanutlabs to get my credits, which come eventually.... this happens all the time now. What is going on?

Unfortunately WGT doesn't really have an answer to that. It should normally come to your account within 24 hours however it does say that it can take up to five business days to enter a player's account. Best thing to do is contact them in the event you do not receive the credits.

To be clearer, this problem began a couple of weeks ago, I've never had this issue before. Yes I contact peanut labs and they have paid the missing credits, two days later. In the past I have never waited 24 hours, or 1 hour for credit payment, not even 15 mins, but then I have never had the problem of the last peanut labs page not appearing with the credit amount rewarded. This is a new problem, for me at least, and it is quite dispiriting.

I now have 12 completed surveys/offers with no credit.  I emailed support for one of them and it's been "pending" for over 2 months.

I have no choice but to play with the freebie balls.  ;-(

Peanut Labs seems to have a problem today. I've contacted CS.

They owe me over 5K credits and won't honor them - nothing can be done about it but just keep on grinding at it and hope some of the surveys complete and pay the credits or they eventually get around to honoring the offers - lots of them never send a confirmation on their offers either after you complete them so you have no way to offer proof of completion - this happens to me mostly for trialpay offers

I've had word back from peanut labs and its disappointing. I post it below for your edification:

Whenever you notify us about an issue with a survey or offer, we make every effort to mediate with the offer provider or research client on your behalf. Sometimes they are unable to verify your eligibility for the reward, which is why you are not receiving credit to your account. In some instances we are able to make exceptions, but we cannot always reach this resolution for every request submitted. We work hard at identifying broken offers and surveys, so we appreciate your write in and bringing them to the attention of our partners.

This survey was worth 300 credits, too. I have played 266 consecutive days - I obviously need to get a life! - but this issue means that I will now stop playing.

    Thanks for the memories, WGT.

Hi, recently completed a casino offer through Supersonic Ads, " credits will report on a 15 min delay"...... yeah right.  I contacted supersonic through a ticket, even included a screenshot, have not heard from them. I even contacted WGT customer service to see if they could do anything about it.....surprise surprise, have not heard from them either. This is such a joke, i could have just bought credits in the game but rather those to support some of WGT's sponsors and in the process get a few extra credits, but i have nothing. I really needed those credits to buy balls and a new set of irons, guess i can keep submitting a ticket to Supersonic Ads to see if they will respond.

Very dissapointed and a little pissed off that this is how paying customers are treated....

Have you gotten any response  yet? I'm in much the same with 446 missing credits from 3 completed surveys.

I don't think you will get a reply from the OP.
