The last level took 3 weeks, the next one should take around 3 months so the one after that must be over a year. There is no chance that people will stay interested that long.

TPC and the others on top of that list are extraordinary because they had 200+ members from the start. Compare yourselves to the top Legends when TL was introduced - it took them two weeks or so to advance, playing the then necessary 100 rounds.

A new CC with activity comparable to yours should arrive at level 8 in six months or less. To me, this is an agreeable space of time.

Look at what they get beyond that:

75 more member spaces, from 175.

+2 officers with no function, from 4.

    +2 % personal XP bonus from 3 %,

    +3+3 tournament spaces from 12+12,

+5% CC XP bonus from 5 % (when using a pass).

None of these has any "monetary" value, and to me, none of these is rewarding.
To be honest, level 6 is rewarding enough IMHO.

It all ends in the well-known grind, ball business as usual...

Maybe they need to introduce individual perks as well say after so many personal xp points are contributed just a thought

The big reward for reaching level 9 was being allowed to have another officer. That's an officer that just has a name but no abilities. It's like being given a discount voucher for a Saab.

Some folk will ditch small new level 2 or 3 clubs and jump straight in to the larger clubs where they already at level 6 upwards. Reminds me why i cant stand the elitest state of football these days. Anyway keep swinging gents and as said in earlier post do not buy passes please.

Setting equation of the trend from the data of level 7-10 (the 6 first levels are not significant and giving outliers)

    142 000 000 XP for level 15. At this time, top CC score about 1 000 000 XP a week, so 142 weeks -> 2,7 years.

    Thanks for running these.

Whether L 15 is 142 Million or  4.2 Billion (based on tripling)  it is really bad that WGT pursued this course.

WGT ruined a good thing way to easily.

Funny though in ruining it they did so to their own detriment though lost sales of CC Passes.

It really was poorly thought through and it came apparent quiet early that the CC leveling would weight heavily towards those CCs with most members.  As discovered with these new numbers, hitting double figures in level is not only hard for those big CCs, it's pretty much impossible for the smaller clubs.

It's not a matter of CCs competing against each other(despite the leaderboard), it's more a case of  a system where points mean prizes is unfair on those clubs who are happy with stay with below 100 active members.

    WGTdbloshoe:

I don't think anyone here envisioned clubs moving this fast up in the levels.  I am sure there will be some sort of re-looking at the XP needed.

I struggle to see how this has become so much of a shock to wgt.  Actually I don't.  They have the data to have done some sort of forecast but doubt any was done.  Primary concern would have been to get this update out asap to get people buying passes.

I'm not sure how the problem can now be rectified, if not too late to do so.  There should have been different criteria considered to work out the CC XP rather than just duplicate the player's XP.  Some complicated formula that also takes into consideration the different sizes of CC.  Maybe a bigger share to higher tiered members, something to encourage players to advance.  Keeping them invested in the game should interest wgt too.
