Watch the video again and follow the steps EXACTLY pdb, it does work, I can assure you.

Also, Tinypic gives you 4 addresses after you upload an image. Be sure you use the "Direct Link" as shown in this example ...
I use "PostImage" now ... it's also free and the upload is a lot easier than Photobucket or Tinypic.
If you examine the HTML code of his post Kat you will see that he used that link, but he didn't remove the 'http' from the insert media dialogue.
