How about Alt shot stroke based matches, and Scotch Doubles?

    And/or best ball

    Thanks

Anything that comes down to Best ball format, is not likely to be added.  It is just to difficult to determine which is the "best" ball.

Shoe, it's not hard at all. Cases ladder for Links had two man team best ball for their all their team ladders. After every shot, after both members of the team hit, a dialog box would pop up asking who's shot to use. You'd pick one of the member's balls and play the next shot from there, etc. It's the same as in our Alt shot format when the dialog box pops up asking who is to tee off first for the team.

Not sure if it used timers.  But with the shot timer having to discuss which ball to use can use up a good bit of the timer.  Especially when a lot of players like the shorter clocks.

Best Ball was my last choice, what about alt shot stroke and scotch doubles?

I'd settle for an alt shot that loads in less time than it takes to boil an egg.
