  A simple search (right column) reveals the numbers:

  59.000 average and 200 rounds.

  I'm afraid to disagree:

  All those tier progressions are on the mark. Here, 59.000.

  It may appear different due to rounding, especially for Legends. Furthermore, the mark may be passed by with a score that drops the average below the "00" display.

  Still, the mark is 59.000.

  Hello alosso,

  You posted when beating a Legend in Matchplay should reduce the average about -0,7.

  My tier is TM and Istarted with 64,00 I shoot a 31 in a 9 hole scored game in St. Andrew.

  The result was -0,04 to 63,96. This is a long long way doen to 60,99.

  Now I beat a Legend with result -0,2 63,76. In the next matchplay vs Legend i come down

  -0.28 to 63,48 to my actual average.

  But now when I make the next victory vs a Legend nothing happens, no more reduce.

  What is the reason can you explain me?

  First, the threshold is 61.00.

  Concerning the side influences of winnings to average and tiering, please note that there is no precise knowledge among the users because we can only guess.

  AFAIK, -.7 is only the initial margin on the first wins. With more wins, the influence of Matchplay may diminuish, down to zero(?)

   

  Please allow me a general remark: Looks like you're eager to hit the Legend tier. My two Pfennig: Dont rush it! To me, it looks as if you're not yet adequately prepared - your scores are a tad too high, and some of your clubs aren't too good to contend.

  Are the ranked rounds accumulative or do they restart after reaching each tier? I just went to Tour Master and have an average of 60.

  Ranked Rounds are cumulative from the day you started, but average resets every time you tier up.  You 60 average is due to the 30 you shot on Pebble Beach as your first round as a TM.
