Put your money where your mouth is and predict the winner .

Prize is my famous fridge magnet .

    I PREDICT - IT WILL RAIN .

Winner - Lee WESTWOOD or Tiger woods .

Even with his new Nike Putter, Tiger's biggest goal this weekend (besides trying to dodge the British Press' questions) will be to make the cut.  Chances are 'iffy' on both.

Gotta go with Ernie...  it's a stretch, but I think he's due.

Well it could well be a player who excels in the wind and rain and as it looks by the weather forecast for the region that it could be a rough one, and boy when it blows there it's tough, my tip Chris Woods

I predict that I will struggle to be awake at 4am to watch first round coverage.   I hope they offer a tape delay.

I think there is a 10 AM tape delay NIV.

I am going to pull for Phil but I don't think he will win.  Also Dustin Johnson would be a great story after the US Open disaster.  Els and Rose are playing well and I think will be on the leaderboard.  I am taking the ABT approach............anyone but Tiger.

heard a quote today form a cmmentator on the open, talking about the low scoring, "this is what you get when the wind does not blow at St Andrews"

Cant we have a time when the wind does not  blow  for us every once in a while too?

and   just  for giggles,  can we get  balls that bounce and stop with out a 30yrd  roll   like  I am seeing  pros do !

If you are willing to put up with rain then you can.
