OK, after realising that the possibility of people trying to cheat is quite large, all players, no matter which team they want to qualify for, can only do it through the Monthly International Opens.
Both teams already have one candidate for Captain.

I might suggest adding a point field for a Top 5 finish as well. The reason being that one person could technically win all 3 events while another person could finish 9th in all three events and they would be tied points-wise.
I see we now have two entries for U.S.A Captain! Feel free to post "political speeches" at any time. Elections start in May, still plenty of time for more candidates.

The International Opens are, in-fact, open to everyone no matter what country.
