    In most cases I'd agree, but in the technology field. Too many new problems can be created by not addressing the real issue first, and you can end up chasing your tail, or worse yet, having someone else chasing it while you explain to them HOW to do it.

     

    It's ALWAYS best to get enough information to identify the issue first, and THEN correct it.

    There was quite enough information in the original post: missing Flash. No need to go overboard here with dual boots and a second hard-drive. It's like asking how to make a cup of tea and receiving instructions on how to build a spaceship instead.    Again, not blaming anyone, but this is like shooting insects with long-range missiles.

    Thank you to all who answered. It was a simple case of downloading flash player. I had it on already with explorer and did not realize needed to download again. I'm about as good with computers as I am with golf!  Thanks again and see ya out there.
