  4 legends: I can only think about playing championship greens for ranked matches, if there is a new tier for legends. Moving the tee backwards is out of the question, I suppose.

  Or, perhaps awarding legends with avg under 50 & 400 ranked matches a new "status" whatever will be called.

  Anyways I always come to this conclusion: make the game harder, much harder, to simulate the scores of the real pros out there in real Opens, finishing "even" after the final round.

  Out of my silly fantasy: dry or wet fairways, ball lie (up, down, side hill), side spin for draws & fades. etc.

  Longing to see the new "CHALLENGES"!

  How about this formulae to calculate a seperate "true average".. 

  (Ave par 3 score x 4) + (Ave par 4 score x 10) + (Ave par 5 score x 4) = true ave based on a par 72 course. based on this system my true average is 66.1 and not 64.12...

  all the stats are there in everyone's profile already. so it shouldnt be too difficult to do it.

  the current system should remain to determine tier advancement and prevent sandbagging, but why not have two numbers ? one a true average, and the other a tier average or whatever name you like.

  Be sure to call the new Legend tier,

  "Tour Legend"

  Anything else will take away from the realism of the game.

  A new tier for top legends (however calculated) may make the tiered tournaments and tiered RGs interesting again for us mediocre legends. Imagine shooting a 30 at STA and making a small profit.
