  I  paid 3 US credits for a sleeve of starter balls 2 weeks ago and as yet have not received them?

  I checked your Activity, and I don't see that you purchased any starter balls 2 weeks ago.  I do see that you purchased the Callaway ERC Soft Ball (L45+) in the Pro Shop on 19 Mar 2023, though.

  If you contact WGT Customer Service, I'm sure they'll be happy to send you an unlimited supply of starter balls to compensate you for your inconvenience.

  Wait . Do you think you might have mentioned that " Starter Balls " are free . That a purchase is never necessary . That anytime he wants to play , Starter Balls are loaded up .

  No Paul, I believe Sam was correct, considering the OP has been here since 2013 and has 235 posts.

  I would think that would be ample time to know that answer to a dumb question.
