Interesting discussion. I was playing the 6th hole in the final round when my opponent quit, leaving me sitting on the fairway unable to move. Then a message informing I timed out. Still unable to move. A second message -forfeited! I had a few. Indies so far in the round and moving along nicely. When I went to the score card, I had two bogies for the two holes played! Grrrr… So, I’m done with Showdowns. Period. Don’t need the aggravation.
