  One of our Long time club members is not receiving his due XP..

  any particular reason this may happen??

  On our country club members tab under XP contribution ..

  So this is the secondary representation of his XPs' gain.

  Primaries are
  - his own XP account, and
  - the CC's XP account.

  Are these o.k.?

  CC XPs only grow when CC passes are used. Is that a given?

  Taking the above into account, how do you positively know that XPs are missing?

   

  Disclaimer: I'm asking out of curiosity, but I can't really help to solve any problem.
  My first guess would be that they betterworsened some detail of the program, but that would stay within their walls.
