  Last night my WGT game completely froze up. Got out of the game. I could not get game to load. Eventually un-installed. This morning I tried to load the game from "Old" WGT. No luck. Did see that you had to load from Amazon Appstore. After downloading Appstore, tried to load WGT. No luck. I just got a message to load Appstore again. HELP!

  Thank you Don, but Gillian, please note that the reset and reinstall procedures are only for Windows computers.

  Thanks for the helpful comments. After trying for an hour or so, was finally able to get WGT re-loaded.
