I ended up in 63 place....All I got was a box no ball or 4400 coins Told the wgt about it they said i got my prizes WRONG no i did not any one know what to do about this thank you

go to the pulldown menu under your name, click on "my account" and then view the transaction history - it will show in there - you may have to "view all" and it will be in there.

it is labeled as "showdown award" under type if you have a lot of transactions to scroll thru.

the awards are also - sent your your inbox - so you need to "claim" them before they load into your inventory.

I did all of that and watched my home page no extra coins and watched me equipment page no ball added

my trans. history shows wgt gave me my prizes WRONG DID NOT GET ANYTHING EXCEPT MY box...I told wgt about this and said it might be an error They deni every thing this is FRAUD...what to do ???
