effects are not free....you have to buy them.

If the circle turns it off, then the natural opposite would be that the other icons don't turn it OFF and therefore turn the effects ON.

If you only have the circle icon and no other icons, then you don't have any ball effects.

Actually this is not true. I have NEVER bought a single ball effect or received one for a purchase with balls/credits yet I have thousands of them in 10 different variations.

WGT gives them away almost every chance they get. Usually Holidays like Christmas, New Years, Valentines day, 4th of July, St patty's, Thanksgiving, Halloween ect
