    Hi All 

     

    If someone can please help me or point me in the right direction to fix this problem. 

     

    Made 2 purchase of 2000 Credits each.

     

    Both payments went through on google pay and wgt have only credited me with the 1st 2000 credits 

     

    Have sent e-mails to support with the Google Pay order history and still no reply?

     

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Your best bet is to email WGT Member Services at members@worldgolftour.com and explain the situation.  Screen shots can help.  They may be slow to respond on weekends.

    If WGT doesn't respond or resolve the problem for you after a couple days, contact Google Pay.

    Can save you an email. Any financial transaction concluded via this platform are the responsibility of the payor and payee, in this case Google. WGT will advise that they have no involvement in financial transactions and ask you to contact the payee.  The tricky part is documenting that you paid for something, but didn’t receive it.

    did you make the purchase on the same day?

    If thats the case then this is your answer.

    "Offer valid on one qualifying purchase only"

    Had to request a refund from Google through my Google Pay account.
