    I would love to know how I can play WGT golf on my windows 8.1 pc.

    If you click the PLAY NOW button [top left] you should get a window open up from where you can download the game.

    Click the black Play On Windows button to download the game installer to your PC.

    Navigate to your downloads folder and double click the WGTLauncher file that you just downloaded.

    Follow the install prompts. When finished you should have a WGT icon on your desktop to launch the game.

    Just a quick comment.  If clicking the Play On Windows button doesn't do anything for you, try right-clicking it and select "Open link in new tab".
