  A colleague with little computer literacy has lost the putter pal. He is a member of my CC so should have access to it. He even purchased one for limited use.

  Using Team Viewer I have uninstalled WGT, removed theTopspeed folder, deleted the regedit file re WGT and reinstalled WGT. 

  Still no putter pal. It is turned on in settings. He is using Windows 10..

  Any ideas?

  Have your friend try going to Settings in the lower right corner from the Home Screen (not in a round), turn off Putter Pal/Shot Pal, and Save. Start a Practice round and then quit out of it. Go back to Settings in the lower right corner from the Home Screen and then Enable Putter Pal and Shot Pal and save. Then start a round and these should show normally.
