    how can you get rid of the owner and get a new guy appointed because the owner quit wgt and no longer plays or contributes.Can we elect a new person so we can keep the C.C, as it is?

    No, you must start your own club. The owner payed coins to start that club and the members just can not take it over. 

     

    If one of your members still has contact with the owner then maybe try to contact him/her so they can transfer the club to someone else. 

     

    Or you can start your own club and try to get the rest of the other members to join your new club.
