  Is it possible to disconnect and then reconnect again to the same game and procced playing on the same hole?

  Yes.

  If it's a single play solo round, you can disconnect and WGT will automatically save your game.

  If it's a multiplayer round or a coin game, you can disconnect, but WGT only gives you (I think) 45 seconds to come back to the game before it kicks you out.
