    I rented clubs last week and the period has ended. I keep getting a window to update my clubs, but when I do I receive an error code that the items cannot be equipped. I’ve restarted my iPad and deleted/reinstalled the app with no luck.

    If you have a computer log on to on it and make the changes to your equipment there and it will also change them on the app.

    Try going into the options and changing your Equipment tab to the opposite option you currently use (Advanced/Basic), save it, then go back in and change it back again and save again. 
    What B2B stated above about doing it in the Flash version may work but will not help in about a month or so when that option is no longer available.
