  I wounder how this will impact the game? Not much detail in the link. 

  We may start seeing a lot more Callaway equipment soon.

  Well, outdoor recreation is definitely having a hey day,  Only hope Callaway realizes indoor pursuits are still crucial, too.

   Topgolf also has a mobile golf game called World Golf Tour with 28 million members..

  Callaway will assume Topgolf’s debt of about $555 million. So maybe not .

   The number of shares to be issued is based upon an implied equity value of Topgolf of approximately $2B, including the 14% already owned by Callaway.

  The stock is down 23% today.  16 million shares of “short” interest made a killing.  Ticker symbol is ELY.  Guess “Long” investors don’t like the additional share dilution. . . . or something.  For the price of a good wedge, you too can own a share @$14.XX.

  Been in touch with my stockbroker charles schwab .

  Told him to get me the minimum holding 500 dollors .

  they replied - are you sure . no free golf balls with purchase .
