    Two days ago I submitted a Support Ticket regarding an incorrect purchase. So far, I have not received a reply of any kind, not even an automated email acknowledging they received it.

    What should my next course of action be?

    Hey friend, 

    Support is a bit backed up right now and working through everything as quickly as they can. They'll get back to you as soon as they can.

    Thank you  _CHAMPION for your quick response. It's a relief to know that someone associated with WGT is aware of my problem.

    My only regret is that you are not in charge of resolving my issue, which is a club that I purchased by accident.

    I'll take your advice, for now, and give Support a little more time.

    Hi WGTChampion.

    I have been trying to get help, but do not know how.  I saw your response to someone else and hope that you can also help me.

    I made 2 purchases of credits online, and have not received the credits yet (3 weeks now).  the money is gone from the card and I have nothing to show for it.

    where could you direct me to be in touch with WGT heads?

    Bottom of screen ... “Contact” , there is a customer support link there.
