How are credits now for those with the iOS 14 update ? Are you able to still get your 150 credits per day ?

All is good now, i get my 150 credits per day.
When the app says "no more credits right now", i reload the advertisement app, wait 2 minutes and i get the credits.

No. I can only run 2 - 3 videos before I have to restart the app and Apple does not plan on reinstating the “reset ad” function as they eliminated it to allow them to mask as best as possible the user’s info from 3rd parties. I now use an android device for the videos. It works fine.
It seems strange that it’s ok for some iPads and not others , I haven’t been upgraded yet to ios14 , and don’t mind that at all !
