  Hi 

  I am Level 35 Tier Pro but my round average has never changed from 150. According to my records I am @37/38. Is it because I am playing in practice mode?

  That's correct. Practice rounds don't count toward average. And, as an aside, coin games are treated as practice rounds. 

  Only ranked rounds count for average. Additionally, the following do not count toward average, even though they will be counted in ranked rounds under your stats:

  • Par 3 courses
  • Par 5 courses
  • Custom courses

  When you posted this, you had never played any ranked round. Therefore, all of your tier progress came from the level that you obtained. This is the alternative path for mobile players concentrating on HTH and "room" games etc. which are all considered practice rounds.
