A weird combination of talent in 1966 at Western Kentucky University

    B.J. Thomas

    Peter and Gordon

    Gene Pitney

and a couple of other acts that I can't recall.

My first cost me 50 cents in 1968 and was at the Teen Center in the San Fernando Valley- a new group was just starting out called Iron Butterfly. The overhead projectors with oil in colored water were groovy. LOL

The second was at the Easter Festival in Los Angeles shortly after that where Cream with Eric Clapton played. Cost a dollar that time.

Fast forward to the old man days and I've seen Yanni 5 times in 3 different cities.  :-)

If I remember well, it was a local band named The Glimpse and I was so excited to attend.
