  yesterday I tried buying taylormade tpx 5 lvl 48 balls and the money was taken but no balls came , today I tried again and received one ball, anyone else having this problem? Greg

  No problems here. Bought  sleeve of level 35 Callaway ERC soft and got all 3 balls. I have no clue why others are having this problem and some others aren't. Could it be a browser issue? Or is it a problem that just keeps coming back again and again.

  happened to me yesterday as well. Purchased a sleeve while in the middle of a round, charged me full price but only gave me 1 ball. Thought maybe it was a mistake and I didn't read, so I went in and bought a sleeve later and it still charged me full price and only credited me 1 ball.

  After contacting support WGT made things right and sent the balls, Thank you WGT.
