  I just received an email that WGT has gifted me a sleeve of Max Platinum Vapor Balls but when I go to my virtual golf bag they are not there at all. I don't know what I did to earn these balls because the email doesn't tell me. Can someone from WGT assist? I would assume that since the email was sent to me the balls should be in my golf bag now.

  So there was an issue where a number of different emails being sent out were delayed. This was resolved but it caused these emails to be sent out much later. This was probably for the purchase promotion during Feb 27-28th.

  That appears to be the case. I thought it might be the issue but I also have been playing in the weekly tournaments and thought maybe I won a sleeve of balls from one of these events. Thanks for the fast response. I got your email quickly
