  Same here, I've only been able to watch between 4-8 videos a day, after restarting app and recycling app tracking on iPhone XR, with personalized ads turned off.

  Try going after them as soon as wgt makes them available. This works best for me. I usually can get all 150 without reloading.

  I find if you reset ads on Google you can watch the 75 videos to get your 150 credits.

  Resetting doesn't work either.

  Credits over the past 15 days...

  150/0/0/0/0/150/2/4/0/0/0/2/4/6/2...308 total out of a possible 2250

  Not even enough for a decent sleeve of balls !!!

  I've found that having VPN and setting it to any other country other than UK, I can get the 150credits. But, it can take up to 90 minutes and brings up the "Sorry, there are no videos available" box 20-30 times.

  This is time taken away from playing the actual game, which in my mind is ludicrous!!

  Gamers shouldn't have to jump through hoops to gain a few credits when others seem to get them in 20/30 minutes and even quicker by using multiple devices.

  Please, please sort out this anomaly and make it the same for everyone....PLEASE!

  Anyone in US getting just 2-3 videos for credits???

  in one day???  Just started it today.

  Used to get 75 to get 150 credits

  i asked if I am the only one experiencing trouble 

  with getting ANY videos for credits, or am I the only one?

  Same here in Scotland getting 3 free videos = 6 credits , have emailed WGT 4 times and no reply, bad client customer service

  Same. video credits have stopped and customer support at tapjoy has gone way downhill, it used to be fast and great but is now weak and takes forever to get credit resolution.
