  Not sure where you are Irma , but I am in France and can get videos on my apple devices , phone and iPad. Surveys are always hit and miss , though I prefer to access surveys on this WGT.com web page. 
  I guess you could send an enquiry to customer services to establish if they have any help for you.

  I havent seen any videos now in 2 years maybe more . Thats just how long its been I cant even remember . I play on a laptop and all that I get now are surveys and offers under Peanut Labs . My videos page is completely blank from top to bottom .

  If you have a smart phone or other pad device that you can download the Mobile app on you will then have access to the videos. As well, I don't know HOW to do it but do know it can be done, you can download an Android emulator to your PC and get the mobile app on there and have access through your laptop.

  Nox would probably work better, but it's not as trustworthy as Bluestacks, it has a bad history of Chinese spyware, Bluestacks is more legit but it might be slower or laggier

  I use Bluestacks, and a good way to get credits is the mobile offers where you download apps and play them up to a certain level to get the credits, I would rather do that than watch 75 videos a day, it takes me more than an hour, doesn't feel worth the 150 credits

  I am playing Billionaire casino right now almost at level 150, probably not going for lvl 200, that'll take forever

  Lonnie, I've tried both with Windows 10, and I like BlueStacks a little better, but that's just personal preference.
