  On a smart phone you might need to reset your Ad ID. I have to do that every now and then.

  Hello, Thanks for your response. WGT just emailed me and has no idea why I can't view videos. They ask for me to contact the owners/companies that have the videos for credit.

  Your reply makes sense because my other PC in my home has the same problem with not viewing the videos. 

  Just crap for hundreds of players that use PC's.

  You lucky people with your smart phones, lol. I use Consumer cellular and can't get the games on my phone at all. I'm guessing that people must use a major carrier to get the credit videos. ( ATT-Verizon) 

  I use my PC also and can't get the videos at home.
