    I was supposed to get the Haloween Shirt and Golf Balls but it never showed up in my

    avitar section or equipment. Is there something I need to do?

    It's a ball effect  Elaine, not a ball. The shirt is for mobile players.
    See here.

    You can apply the ball effect when in a game by clicking the magic wand beside your name.
