I would like to enter the Thanksgiving Tourney, but I cannot buy any credits. When I enter my CC info it sends me to a page that says "Opps, this page doesn't exist" I can provide more details through e-mail.

I have also tried to buy credits to compete but cannot get by the billing request page as it insists that I insert a 'State', even although I have noted that I live in the UK!
