    Great!

This is a universal scale for all 10-20-50... putters, and easy to adapt to other scales with a spreadsheet. The Starter scales of 30-60-90-... are also available here - search =>

Please note that putter power is linear (other clubs are non-linear).

My impression was he was looking for how to get 10%, 20%, etc. Your chart would probably help him IF he knows about Putter Pal.

I use ticks of the backswing. I have a scale for that also.

Thats how I was taught 5 years ago and still continue to do it.

Putter power is not linear. Any physics book will tell you that the force to set an object in motion is greater that what is needed to accelerate the object. If you have accurate data on putts for a particular green speed and do a scatter chart you will see that the line starts at 0 and comes down in a fairly slow L shaped bend and around 4-6 feet levels off to a straight line. Google The Physics of Golf.
