Same issue here, moved from Amateur to Pro but no credits yet.
HI Caracaramel.... as to your moving up and not getting credits...It's a known bug... they are working on it.

I received the E mail, and also the 100 credits for going "Pro", all within 24 hrs.
I am wondering about the 50 credits I just received. No email concerning these credits.
Anybody else get these and know why?
