  Hi nbptiger, I see that your account is registered under United States Minor Outlying Islands (UMI), which currently does not qualify to enter WGT tournaments (only the 50 United States & Washington D.C., Germany, UK, and Canada qualify). You can still play in the free sweepstakes tournaments, you just wouldn't qualify for a prize. You can click on the "Rules" link on every tournament detail page to learn more. Sorry I didn't have better news...

  Thanks for your reply. I must have clicked on the wrong button, not realizing (minor outlying states). I don't even know where those would be!!! I have created a new profile with the correct information, and I have been able to access tournament play. Your help was greatly appreciated.
