Charlie Sifford, PGA Legend Recovering From Stroke

    PGA Hall of Famer, Charlie Sifford, who was the first black man to earn a PGA Tour card, is recovering from a stroke at the age of 93. Reports are he is in stable condition at a Hospital in Cleveland. Proposins we all take a moment and wish him a solid recovery. His story is epic.     Reminded me of a tournament here in Oregon, from the long long ago, the before times. The one that directly followed his second PGA Tour victory in Los Angeles - 1969:
