Canadians are included, and Quebec is not a separate country, no matter how much certains natives want it that way.  Why is Quebec excluded from the Bethpage tourney?  I shot a 69 and will probably go through, but now read I am ineligible.  Maybe I should switch to my US address since I am a US citizen.

Quebec just different local laws that must be adhered to.

The same thing happens often here in the States.  Many offers or contests in America have exclusive clauses such as "Void in New York,  Colorado & New Hampshire" or "Void where Prohibited [by local laws]."

Well, that answers that.  The other matter that counts here:  everything has to be translated into french as well. I don't expect to win anyway, but making it to 'the show" will be fun nonetheless.
